Background Information

Idlegrove is a small market town situated in Hampshire and is part of an increasingly popular commuter belt. Due to the lifestyle of the increasing population the demand has grown for fast food. Mr. Smith has seen this opportunity to add another shop to his chain of pastie shoppes.

Idlegrove is a very cosmopolitan society, with many mixed views and opinions.

Mr. Ernest Smith - Owner of the Smith's Pastie Shoppe Chain
"The village attracts many tourists and with the new housing estate recently built I feel there is a need to provide a tasty and wholesome snack that can be eaten with the minimum of fuss. At present the only place where food can be purchased is the local pub - it is about time there was some competition!"

Mr Earnest Smith

"There are three proposed sites; the new housing estate, the old farm buildings and Oakwood Forest. Each one has potential but also has resident against the new shop. I don't know which one to choose, can you help me decide?"
