I am Jane Seymour. I was a lady in waiting for Queen Anne. I realised that Henry wanted to marry me after he had Anne's head chopped off. We were married in May in 1536 and I had a son in October of that year. It was a very difficult birth, (we didn't have hospitals then), and I became very ill and eventually died. Henry named our son Edward.g to give him a son and divorced me in 1533.
