There was a wedding at
Cana in Galilee. Jesus' mother was there,
helping. Jesus and his friends were invited
as guests. But the wine ran out before
the wedding feast was over.
|
| The servants now filled everybody's wine
glass with water from the newly filled water-jars.
When the first man tried his fresh drink,
he remarked to his host that most people
would serve their best wine first, but that
he had saved his for last. |

The servants were told to go and fill
the water-jars with fresh water from the

the servants didn't want to. However Jesus
persuaded them.
