| Here is a list of the 10 commandments
given by God to Moses. The language used in the bible is
often difficult to understand so we have written them in
a way that should make understanding easier.
1. I am God. I love you and I give you freedom and
hope.
2. Only pray to God.
3. Use God’s name only at special times.
4. Every week, celebrate a day of rest, peace and happiness.
5. Care about your parents.
6. Love life and living things.
7. Protect your family.
8. Do not steal.
9. Be honest.
10. Do not get jealous.
Some of these are much less important to us these
days than they were to people in Moses time.
You choose which order you think they should be in
now, starting with the most important first. You should
then be able to compare your results with the rest
of your school and then with other schools.
